Change is hard. We all know that from 2 years of pandemic, if we didn’t know it before. Out theme Widening the Circle is taken from “Widening the Circle of Concern: Report from the Commission on Institutional Change”.  That report considers how the UUA can widen its circle and deepen its antiracism work.  Any institutional work begins with individual work.  How can you deepen your ant-racism work even in the midst of such difficult times.
