No politician, or former politician, has done more to understand and raise awareness of climate change than Al Gore. He has written several books on the subject, one of which has been turned into an Academy Award-winning documentary. His efforts have won him a Nobel Peace Prize. And he continues to work tirelessly to continue to train presenters all around the world on how to effectively communicate the reality of climate change. Jim first met Mr. Gore in 2009 at USGBC’s Greenbuild in Phoenix, AZ, where he presented the keynote speech and autographed his bookOur Choice. Jim then attended a three-day training session led by Mr. Gore as part of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps in San Francisco. He will offer some thoughts on Mr. Gore as a leader and a catalyst for change.
