As humans in a vastly complex and beautiful tapestry, we are called to constantly examine what healthy relationship and meaningful connection looks like.  The 8th Principle invites us to consider that authentic care and compassion means thinking beyond our own preferences and values.  We’ll explore the work of Jewish philosopher Emmanuel Levinas who invites us to consider that sacred moment when we are able to be fully aware of another’s way of thinking and being.
