The Committee on Ministry supports the ministry of the congregation in personal and denominational concerns, issues and ideas.

The Congregational Relations Committee (CRC) is the primary agent for facilitating relationships within the Society, including conflict mediation and resolution. We periodically create opportunities for the congregation and staff to provide feedback regarding the Minister’s performance and we assist the Minister in objectively processing that feedback. We work to support our Congregational Covenant and advocate for the needs and desires of the First UU community.
